Return Process

  Contact our technical support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, remote controls, power adapters, and instruction manuals provided with the device.

  Ship the Item

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund
